We're seeking someone to join our team as a Market Data Inventory Management Lead to maintain and update monthly market data inventory by coordinating with various groups to manage global service and user changes, ensuring accurate month-end close, create standard inventory reports for management and Business Unit (BU) users, and collaborate on technical requirements for data integration.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Vice President level position within GSS, the Global Market Data (GMD) group includes Market Data Sourcing, Analysis, Administration, and Inventory Management teams. The Market Data Inventory Management team oversees a detailed repository of user to product inventory, facilitating contract to invoice reconciliation, demand management, and cost control through tools and programs that track product usage, costs, and user allocations.

What you'll do in the role:
  • Oversee and align the workflow of offsite inventory management teams with global objectives and performance metrics.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in inventory management and generate management summaries for ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with vendors, sourcing, finance, and administrative groups to manage service changes and improve processes.
  • Streamline inventory management processes, develop documentation, and refine tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage end-of-month close processes, including variance reports and data analysis, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to identify demand management opportunities and improve data presentation across teams.


What you'll bring to the role:
  • Minimum 7-9 years in finance/banking.
  • Candidate must have business level English language skills in both verbal and written communications.
  • Possesses strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record in team development and mentorship.
  • Excellent communicator with robust interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experienced in data management, including familiarity with data structures, analysis, reporting, and tools like MS Office and BI.
  • Skilled in project management, process improvement, and workflow optimization, with the ability to handle cross-functional tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using systems like Ariba, JIRA, and FITS-Market Data Inventory, with a proactive and collaborative approach to working in a global environment.
