Overview

Leads the strategic direction, daily operations, and continuous improvement of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support organizational goals. Oversees system upgrades, data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient delivery of HR technology solutions. Partners with key stakeholders to align HRIS initiatives with business needs, enhance user experience, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Directs the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS to ensure system performance, user accessibility, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leads the planning, review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in coordination with IT and system vendors.
  • Develops and maintains HRIS strategies, policies, and procedures that align with industry standards, organizational priorities, and evolving technology.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to assess system needs and ensure infrastructure capacity supports current and future requirements.
  • Ensures data integrity by overseeing testing of system changes, validating data inputs and outputs, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Designs and delivers HR metrics, dashboards, and predictive analytics to inform business decisions, identify workforce trends, and measure key performance indicators.
  • Uses reporting insights to develop hypotheses and propose solutions that address workforce challenges and support strategic objectives.
  • Partners with Training and Operations teams to ensure end-users are educated and equipped to use HRIS systems efficiently and effectively.
  • Manages vendor relationships, negotiates service-level agreements, and monitors contract compliance to ensure timely and effective product delivery and support.
  • Researches and applies new technologies, innovations, and best practices in HR systems to continuously enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Oversees the implementation of HR automation initiatives and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
  • Establishes and monitors customer satisfaction metrics to evaluate HRIS service delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Must have experience with UKG
  • Recommends changes to policies, processes, or technologies based on data insights, user feedback, or strategic priorities.

  • Willingly and effectively cooperates with Bancroft, The Department of Human Services, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other licensing or state agencies or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request.
  • Maintains a safe and respectful environment, free of abuse, neglect, or exploitation; does not allow weapons, threats, bullying or intimidation.
  • Reports any actual, potential or perceived violations to the appropriate individual as soon as it becomes known.
  • Follows all laws, regulations, Bancroft policies and procedures, and acknowledges the Code is a condition of my employment with Bancroft. Understand that I may seek advice or additional information from my supervisor, any other manager, Human Resources, the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Officer, or contact the Bancroft Compliance Hotline at any time for any compliance questions or issues.
  • Reports discrimination, unfair treatment, abuse or neglect, workplace safety issues that have not been addressed with supervisor, manager, Human Resources, Compliance Officer or anonymously report concerns via the Compliance Hotline.
  • Maintains levels of supervision as defined in behavior plans; e.g., Individual Program Plan (IPP), Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP), Individual Education Plan (IEP), Individual Service Plan (ISP), etc., when applicable.


Qualifications
