Production Support

Roles & Responsibilities-
A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT Application Support and 3-4 years of experience in PeopleSoft the modules AP/AM/GL.
Should be able to understand PeopleCode & resolve technical issues
Resolve Technical issues like Application Patching, Component Patching(Web-logic), Project migrations
Server Management
Weekly server/application restarts
Log Management & understanding of logs to find bugs and problems.
run SQL scripts in Production to analyze & resolve data issues.
Monthly refreshes along with project based refreshes
Strong ITIL process understanding
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent in Written and Verbal Communication

Salary Range- $100,000-$130,000 a year
