The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager drives the creation, management, and optimization of compelling digital content that supports our mission of advancing Performance-Guided Surgery. This role will play a key part in shaping our digital presence, ensuring consistency in messaging, and engaging key audiences, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and industry stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a digital content strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage the creation of high-quality content, including photography, videography, website pages, blog posts, case studies, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the develop of multimedia assets to support product education and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets business and commercial team needs.
• Analyze performance metrics to measure content effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure brand voice, style, and messaging consistency across all digital platforms.
• Manage external agencies and freelancers as needed for content production.
• All other duties as directed.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in digital content creation, strategy, and management.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to tailor content for different platforms and audiences
• Strong grasp of graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content production.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content performance and making informed recommendations.

Technical Skills

• Photography & Videography:ability to conceptualize , shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for multiple platforms, including web, social media, and events. Experience in lighting, composition, and post-production.
• Hands-on Production & Direction:comfortable managing all aspects of video and photo shoots, including scripting, directing, setting up lighting and audio, and post-production editing.
• Storytelling Through Visual Media:skilled at crafting compelling narratives through video and photography, ensuring alignment with Asensus' brand messaging and audience engagement goals.
• Email marketing campaigns and A/B testingsubject lines, messaging, and design.
• CMS platform experience(e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, and marketing automation software.
