Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Culture Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

- Identify and develop talent within the team, fostering leadership opportunities and career advancement.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily station operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and standards.
- Manage service delivery to ensure all client commitments are met with efficiency and professionalism.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to maintain high operational standards.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all team members prioritize safety in daily operations and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and documentation.
- Investigate and report incidents or accidents, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company protocols.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making:
- Address and resolve operational challenges, including service disruptions and personnel issues.
- Collaborate with dispatch and other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide hands-on support to team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Financial and Budgetary Oversight:
- Assist in the preparation and management of station budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance service satisfaction.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in transportation, hospitality, or related industries.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to management and problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred).
- 5+ years of transportation experience (management experience highly desired).
- A passion for mentoring and team building.
