Oversee all plant operations, maintenance, and repair of gas processing plants to obtain optimum processing within safety, environmental and economic guidelines, and to maintain and optimize utilization of manpower and equipment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all plant operations, maintenance, and repair of gas processing plants to obtain optimum processing within safety, environmental and economic guidelines, and to maintain and optimize utilization of manpower and equipment
- Monitor and supervise plant operations to meet required production, recovery levels, monitor operating data to minimize downtime, and to ensure budgets are met and maintained.
- Supervise emergency response activities and decisions relative to safety of the plants in conjunction with the Plant Supervisor.
- Manage and oversee plant supervisors and personnel to ensure job duties are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Serves as resource for troubleshooting plant operations issues and problem solving.
- Ensure compliance with PSM regulations, safety, environmental and other company guidelines and policies.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- 10+ years of industry experience required
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Understanding of gas processing plants and products
- Possess and maintain a valid driver license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company
- Good communicator, work planner with excellent work ethic and background in computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office
Working Conditions:
- Will be working in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Will work outdoors in adverse or extreme weather conditions.
- Will be required to frequently drive to other field facilities within their assigned region.
- Available outside of normal working hours as needed for business necessity
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Ability to work effectively in all working conditions noted above.
- Will require lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. in a safe manner on an occasional basis.
- Ability to possess and maintain a valid driver's license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company.
