About the role

As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing joint marketing initiatives with our partners in the Quantum Partner Marketplace. You will drive collaboration on co-branded campaigns, webinars, sponsorships, and demand-generation programs to amplify our brand and increase revenue opportunities. You will work closely with product marketing, sales, and strategic partnerships to ensure alignment and maximize the value of our partner ecosystem.

What you'll do
  • Joint Marketing & Campaign Execution - Develop and launch co-marketing initiatives with partners, including integrated campaigns, content co-creation, webinars, and joint events, to drive demand and pipeline growth.
  • Sponsorship & Partner Engagement - Secure sponsorships from partners to support key client events, such as Quantum Health Connect, ensuring high-value contributions that enhance attendee experience and event ROI.
  • Go-to-Market Alignment - Work with the product marketing team to ensure joint messaging aligns with our value proposition and resonates with key audiences.
  • Event Strategy & Execution - Lead the planning and execution of partner-sponsored activations at client events, increasing partner visibility and engagement.
  • Performance & ROI Measurement - Track and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, optimizing for improved engagement and revenue impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with sales, alliances, and product teams to ensure alignment on partner marketing strategies and deliver impactful programs.
  • All other duties as assigned.


What you'll bring
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred; or equivalent training and experience.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in partner marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare, technology, or a related industry.
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing programs that drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Experience securing sponsorships, managing partner activations, and coordinating marketing efforts for large-scale events.
  • Strong ability to track and measure marketing performance, using data to refine and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Highly organized, with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Protect and take care of our company and member's data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies
  • Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
  • Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
