Job Opportunity:

BHSI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology leader to direct our Global Strategic Claims Transformation Initiatives. We are looking for a solutions-oriented teammate who will be responsible for managing a team of Technology and Operations professionals focused on Process Automation Initiatives, Claims Data Reconciliation and Analysis.

This new position will be based in Atlanta and would report directly to the head of the Claims Technology Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Technology and Operations Professionals
  • Evaluate Technology
  • Coordinate Global Automation Initiatives
  • Identification of Process Inefficiencies
  • Identification of Automation Opportunities
  • Design Automation Solutions
  • Data Reconciliation
  • Coordinate Prioritization of System Enhancement Requests
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Technology Leaders


Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of Insurance Business Transformation and Automation experience
  • Project Planning, Management, and Implementation
  • Technology Assessment
  • Team Management

The base salary range for this position in Atlanta is $165,000 to $200,000, along with annual bonus eligibility. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
