We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team to lead and manage the development of software systems to enable national security missions sets in Dayton, Ohio.
Required Qualifications:
- US Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance
- 5 years of Software Program/Project Management experience to include contracts between $5-20M
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing performance of Subcontractors
- Technical Degree, experience in a technical field or experience managing performance on a technical program.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience managing CPFF-type contracts
- Experience managing Software developers and managing software deliverables in a classified environment
- Experience managing software system design elements as performance on a contract
- Experience maintaining scope effectively on all elements of a contract
