Summary of Role:
The Product Management of Embedded Non-Volatile Memory in Ultra-low Power (ULP) CMOS is responsible for defining and delivering product roadmap and strategy for GlobalFoundries' eNVM portfolio (eRRAM, eMRAM, FeRAM, and more). This role will work closely with the engineering teams, sales and marketing, and customers to understand the market needs, identify opportunities, and drive the development and launch of new and innovative solutions. The Product Management of eNVM in ULP CMOS will also manage the product lifecycle, pricing, and positioning of the existing services offerings.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GlobalFoundries' eNVM portfolio
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Define and prioritize the product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams to ensure alignment on the product scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to define and execute the go-to-market plan, including value proposition, messaging, pricing, and promotion.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to end-of-life, and optimize the product performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the product champion and evangelist, both internally and externally, and provide product training and support to the sales and customer teams.


Other Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on the product metrics, feedback, and market trends, and provide recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry analysts.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase GlobalFoundries' embedded non-volatile memory capabilities and thought leadership.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the semiconductor industry and the engineering services domain.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or engineering in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the semiconductor design, development, and fabrication processes and technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products and services to the market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive product decisions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with an Masters in Business Administration will also be considered.
  • Certification in product management, agile, or scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in working with global and cross-functional teams and customers.


Expected Salary Range
$166,300.00 - $314,200.00
