Laboratory Phlebotomy Supervisor - Effingham
Job Description
Laboratory Phlebotomy Supervisor manages phlebotomy staff including phlebotomy competency and quality. Responsible for hiring and coaching, education, training, staffing/scheduling, and appropriate use of resources. Coordinate and provide phlebotomy services and assist with training and competency. Collaborates with other supervisors, managers, and directors to establish and maintain appropriate level of laboratory services/testing and staffing/competency.
