We are seeking a Senior PCB Layout Designer to join our PCB Layout team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-speed, multi-layer PCB layout design for electronic products, ensuring manufacturability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

What you'll do
    • Design complex, multi-layer high-speed digital, RF, and mixed-signal PCBs.
    • Work closely with hardware engineers, signal integrity engineers, and mechanical designers to optimize layouts.
    • Utilize PCB layout tools such as Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer, Siemens Xpedition/PADS.
    • Ensure PCB designs comply with DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly), and DFT (Design for Testability) requirements.
    • Generate and validate Gerber files, BOMs, and fabrication drawings for manufacturing.
    • Understand signal integrity, thermal analysis, and EMI/EMC compliance reviews.
    • Collaborate with PCB manufacturers to address fabrication constraints and resolve design issues.
    • Maintain and manage PCB design libraries, footprints, and component placements.


What you'll need to get the job done
    • 8+ years of experience in PCB design.
    • Strong knowledge PCB design tools (Allegro, Altium or Xpedition)
    • Proficiency in high-speed design techniques (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, RF, etc.).
    • Experience with impedance-controlled routing, power integrity, and thermal management.
    • Understanding of IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, IPC-6012, etc.).
    • Familiarity with schematic capture tools (OrCAD, DxDesigner, etc.).
    • Knowledge of flex PCB and HDI PCB design is a plus.
