Mercury Systems is seeking recent college graduates to join our Engineering Rotational Program, an exciting opportunity to develop cutting-edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an ERP Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide and create some of Mercury Systems' most advanced technologies.

Over the course of the two-year rotational program, you'll gain exposure to various engineering groups based on your skills and business needs. This opportunity is designed to provide challenging, enriching assignments, build familiarity with Mercury Systems' practices across the organization, and allow participants to explore individual interests aligned with the company's objectives.

Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range: $62,000 - $124,000 for an Individual Contributor I at Torrance CA USA.
The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees.
Mercury considers a variety of factors to determine individual base salary offers to candidates, including:
- the role and related responsibilities;
- prior work experience;
- education, training, skills and certifications;
- internal equity with others employed by Mercury in similar roles;
- geographic location; and
- alignment with market data.

- Rotate through different technical disciplines to broaden your skills and experience
Required Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering obtained within the last 12 months
- Minimum 3.1 GPA
- Must have prior Co-Op or internship experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for applying technology creatively
- Flexibility in assignments and enthusiasm for tackling unfamiliar challenges
- This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
