Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee end-to-end operations including production, inventory, supply chain, logistics, and process optimization. Drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the value chain.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary operations team (production, QA/QC, supply chain). Promote a high-performance culture and ensure clear communication of goals and KPIs.
Production Oversight:
Manage daily production planning and scheduling to meet delivery timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure operational practices adhere to relevant regulations such as FDA (21 CFR Part 820), IVDR, ISO 13485, and other global standards applicable to biotech/diagnostic manufacturing.
Continuous Improvement:
Champion Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance operational workflows, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align manufacturing goals with company objectives.
Budget & Cost Management:
Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or compliance.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in team leadership roles.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of FDA, Production,ERP
Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.
