At 21st Century Equipment, we are looking for a full-time Territory Service Manager to oversee and elevate our service operations across multiple locations, including Ogallala, Imperial, Wray, Yuma, and Holyoke. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

As our Territory Service Manager, you will earn a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $125,000 per year. With the potential to earn a monthly bonus.

All that you need is:
  • 3+ years of experience in John Deere parts or service department operations
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Working knowledge of salary and commission base compensation
  • Excellent understanding of financial principles related to overall service department operations
  • Ability to manage and motivate individuals, as well as a group
  • Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
  • Ability to spend extensive hours on a computer
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to climb ladders to access equipment or crawl under equipment to determine proper repair procedures

You collaborate with parts and sales managers, conduct field visits to strengthen key account relationships and ensure excellent customer experiences. You lead the hiring and development of service personnel, manage escalated customer concerns, and monitor technician performance to exceed corporate benchmarks. Whether overseeing budgets or planning marketing strategies, you are dedicated to driving success and growth in the service department.
