Description
The Springfield-Branson National Airport is seeking its first Airport Technology Manager. This person will manage everything from cybersecurity, hardware/software, and networking infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, direct and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity of information technology and operational technology systems.
- Develop, configure, maintain, support, and optimize all new and existing technology systems that improve the efficiency of Airport operations across all divisions.
- Oversee and support the computer maintenance services including hardware/software installations, reconfigurations, troubleshooting, repair, application training, and technology procurement process.
- Create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures surrounding the computer usage, network security, and tenant utilization of the IT infrastructure.
What You'll Need:
- Leadership skills - the ability to motivate a team of IT professionals.
- Strong understanding of the latest computer networking and infrastructure modeling.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Serves O/S, Cisco Firewalls, routers and switches, wireless access and bridges, LAN/WAN design.
- Ability to lead a team of individuals focusing on the technology performance and security in a rapidly changing environment

Qualifications and Requirements
Experience, Education, and Training
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related area;
AND
- Five years of experience in the field of Information Systems. Education, training and/or experience must include experience in Local Area Networking/Wide Area Networking and server operating systems.
- Cisco or Fortinet networking and Microsoft server certifications desirable.
- None required.
- CCNA, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator desirable.
