Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Engagement Program Manager to play a pivotal role in helping to scale an innovative sales enablement methodology developed by our market leadership team. This role will be instrumental in driving sales effectiveness, equipping our sales teams with the tools, training, and insights needed to maximize performance and revenue growth. You are a team player who is passionate about building an enablement program aimed at upleveling the revenue potential of our sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Program Launch & Execution: Facilitate the rollout of a repeatable sales framework, while managing and communicating the business impact of the program. Promote CRM adoption, data organization, and internal sales reporting structure into the organization.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with leadership, marketing, operations, technology, and broker teams to align common language strategy, messaging, and execution.
Content Development: Create and manage playbooks, training materials, presentations, and other resources to support sales teams.
Training & Coaching: Design and facilitate engaging sales training sessions, workshops, and ongoing coaching to reinforce best practices building a bridge between market leadership and sales teams.
Sales Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales execution, enhance efficiency, and remove friction.
Technology & Tools: Leverage CRM, sales intelligence, and enablement tools to provide sales reps with actionable insights and resources.
Performance Analytics: Track key sales enablement metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously refine the program.

Qualifications & Experience
3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or revenue operations, preferably in a B2B or commercial real estate environment.
8+ years of experience in real estate, financial services or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
Proven ability to create and implement scalable training programs.
Experience working with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong skillset in Project Management.
Strong time management skill in balancing cross functional communication, program operations and analysis responsibilities, reporting, and content creation.
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing sales performance metrics.
High energy, adaptability, and a 'mission driven' passion for driving sales success.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $127,500.00 - $150,000.00
