We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a critical leadership role in the delivery of complex healthcare IT initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned project leader with expertise in project governance, stakeholder engagement, software implementation, and change management, particularly within healthcare environments.

This role will be performed remotely from within Canada and supports the transformation of healthcare delivery across Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex digital health projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and reporting frameworks.
• Guide and mentor other project managers as a project director, providing oversight, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple health sites.
• Implement organizational change strategies using structured methodologies (e.g., PROSCI).
• Develop business cases to evaluate options, assess cost/savings, and recommend strategic directions.
• Oversee implementation of Staff Scheduling and Workforce Management systems, including standardizing HR/payroll/scheduling reports.
• Manage projects related to patient safety reporting solutions and physiological monitoring device integrations.

Required Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Proof required at submission)
• PROSCI Change Management Certification (Proof required at submission)
