The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Senior HRIS Analyst in our Des Moines headquarters. Remote candidates will also be considered.

Job Summary:

Builds productive relationships with HR team, IT, and key business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system and reporting requirements that improve business process. Acts as an expert and internal resource on system capability and functionality.

Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Collaborates with HR leadership, business partners, and technical teams to gather and define requirements, recommendations, document changes for change control purposes, design and implement solutions, and ensure user ease of adoption.
System Performance: Configures and implements system upgrades and enhancements, leads testing and data validation, and ensures that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives.
Technical Analysis: Partners with IT to troubleshoot, analyze, detect, and identify root causes and resolve technical problems and deficiencies.
HR Reporting: Partners with HR and the business to create, edits, and prepares reports and user-friendly dashboards.
Audits: Performs audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination, and payroll administration.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS analyst in a related industry
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of Workday experience required
Workday functional areas preferred: Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Reporting including BIRT and Workday Studio
Workday certification is highly preferred.
Minimal travel required for company and team meetings; anticipated to be 1-3 weeks annually
