About the Role: We are looking for a SAP QM Implementation Lead to join our team. In this role, the SAP QM Implementation Lead will have demonstrated expertise in end-to-end PP/QM business processes, including Plan, Make, and Deliver, and deep knowledge of quality control transactions executed in key systems. The candidate will have a proven track record of functionally leading teams through complex project lifecycles, translating strategy into actionable goals, and managing portfolios of related work. They excel at collaborating across functions to drive common outcomes. The candidate will bring extensive experience in SAP PP/QM modules, including integration with SAP IM/EWM, third-party MES, along with a deep understanding of SAP best practices. They will be adept at translating business requirements into effective, scalable SAP solutions that deliver measurable value.
This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote work allowedin most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery from assessing the current state to defining and implementing the future-state solution; leverageS/4HANA fit-to-standard processes to design and deliver scalable, value-driven solutions on time and within investment guardrails
- Shape the architecture roadmap by ensuring process improvements and changes are reflected in the overall enterprise architecture, including alignment with technology (e.g., third-party MES), data, and analytics strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for the SAP QM processes, collaborating with business functions to provide regular updates, gather input, and align methodologies with evolving business priorities
- Collaborate with PTM and LWM workstream leads across the Enterprise and ETO to deliver integrated solutions; and as part of Performance Solutions, partnering with both business and technical SAP teams
- Apply process design and improvement methodologies to identify, analyze, and digitally transform business processes, driving quality, reducing costs, boosting efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Ensure the successful delivery of all project documentation, including business process hierarchy definitions, process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, fit-to-standard gap analysis, test scripts, training materials, and sustainability documentation
- Demonstrate a proven track record of effectively engaging with leaders at all levels within PP/QM processes in Supply Chain, providing clear overviews and gathering insights to enable successful solution design, build, and deployment
- Manage multiple regional implementations simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration across regions and driving consistency while accounting for local requirements and variations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in a process and/or discrete manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with batch determination, and SAP configuration
- Proven expertise in Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Quality Improvement (including Quality Notification and Nonconformance Management) processes
- Demonstrated functional expertise in end-to-end manufacturing processes, including Plan, Make, and Distribution
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control principles
- Skilled in managing portfolios of related work, including risk management, planning, and execution
- Strong capability to translate strategy into actionable goals, drive performance through coaching and feedback, measure outcomes, and hold others accountable for results
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams (vendors, contractors, and internal associates) through complex implementations, ensuring decentralized decision-making drives to resolution and milestones are met on time and within budget
- Ability to travel 20%
Desired Qualifications:
- Aerospace & Defense and/or Automotive industry experience
- Experience implementing SAP using SAP Solutions Manager (SolMan)
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., CMMC, ITAR) is preferred
- Familiarity with additional SAP modules or technologies (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, MES, IoT, AI) is a plus
