Product Manager, Ops & Tech
Apply NowCompany: Amazon
Location: Seattle, WA 98115
Description:
Join Amazon's Communications and Corporate Responsibility (CCR) technology team. We own product and technology efforts across the CCR org, ranging from helping quantify the impact of our global comms efforts, to building the company's primary communications websites. We're looking for highly motivated people to build the future of how Amazon's comms teams work.
This Product Manager role works directly with Amazon's Global Corporate Communications (GCC) org, specifically supporting Operations Internal Communications, to build, execute, and expand a measurement program. This individual will use qualitative and quantitative methods to help GCC understand the performance and impact of its communications strategy. This individual will own measurement, benchmarking, insights, audience research, and reporting for employee-facing communications, campaigns, and programs (e.g., in employee-facing apps, emails, and more). You will create your own roadmap for long-term planning in your space, and partner with CCR Tech's software development engineers and product managers to influence their roadmaps in order to enable collaboration across our team. You will also maintain and develop self-service resources, such as dashboards and queries, for business leaders and stakeholders to help inform future employee-facing work.
The ideal candidate is passionate about audience research (e.g., surveys and focus groups), testing framework (e.g., A/B testing), data quality and reporting excellence, knows and loves working with business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Qualtrics, Tableau, Quicksight), and can partner with business leaders to deep-dive into data in order to solve complex business problems. We are seeking a highly curious, passionate, and data-driven individual who can dive deep to optimize performance and solve problems for stakeholders across the region, while creating bar-raising reporting experiences. This role demands a motivated self-starter who's able - and wants to - operate in a lean, fast-paced organization that scales quickly. The ideal candidate possesses an in-depth reporting and data background in order to help unlock insights around communications performance and impact across programs, strategies, and datasets. You'll be an active voice in leadership discussions as we make decisions on team priorities, goal-tracking based on customer behavior, and business analytics dashboards and analyses that you conceive and create. You should be comfortable operating within and presenting recommendations to an executive audience.
