The Senior Finance Business Partner (Global Lines of Business / NA - Industry Vertical Divisions) is a strategic leader within the North America Finance team at WTW CRB and a key driver of financial and operational performance. This position serves as a trusted advisor to the Global Lines of Business, Industry Vertical and National leadership, providing deep financial insight and strategic guidance to support business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can operate at both high-level financial strategy and detailed analytical execution and must demonstrate a strong ability to synthesize and present complex financial data to inform and drive key business decisions.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $140,000-$160,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

The Role
Strategic leadership and financial oversight of Global Lines of Business / Willis NA Industry Vertical Divisions, including but not limited to:
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Finance and Business leadership, providing high-value financial insights that enable superior decision-making and business performance.
- Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key stakeholder priorities.
- Drive analytical excellence, leveraging financial and operational data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and working capital management.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly financial results, ensuring accuracy and clear articulation of key drivers to senior leadership.
- Proactively collaborate with Finance and Business leadership to diagnose and address financial performance challenges, delivering actionable recommendations to improve revenue, expense efficiency, and overall profitability.
- Lead the development and facilitation of monthly and quarterly business review (QBR) materials, coordinating with FP&A, Operations, Sales Ops, and HR to ensure alignment and strategic focus.
- Provide thought leadership and execute complex financial modeling and ad hoc analysis to support high-impact business decisions.
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, allocating financial targets appropriately across sub-verticals and regions while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to analyze revenue drivers, including pipeline, at-risk accounts, and renewal base, and assess financial impacts under relevant revenue recognition standards.
- Assess expense management and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with strategic hiring decisions and tracking ROI for key investments.
- Champion process improvements and automation initiatives, leveraging technology and large datasets to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture while ensuring development and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analytics, with a strong background in financial leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field;
- Proven strategic leadership ability, with experience influencing and advising senior leadership teams.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize large data sets and drive actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive consensus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of GAAP accounting standards, revenue recognition principles, and financial modeling.
- Experience with large datasets, data visualization tools, and process automation solutions a plus.
- High proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and Excel-based modeling.
