JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining efficient and user-friendly applications using the Microsoft Power Platform to enhance and streamline business processes.
Essential Functions
Design, develop, test, maintain and troubleshoot solutions Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality Multi-task effectively between projects Collaborate with other team members to reduce development time and increase consistency Must be able to create and Peer Review basic to advanced SQL queries, with the desire to advance in capabilities Able to understand project plans and business needs, and convert those requirements into action plans Maintain existing solutions while looking for opportunities to improve them Provide technical guidance to other members of the team Actively participates in team meetings and provides valuable insights to help advance the team

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Required Education and Experience
3 - 5 years' experience. Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field such as computer science, mathematics, information technology, computer engineering or information sciences or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
4 Year Degree Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL. Experience calling and exchanging data with REST APIs. Ability to build APIs in .NET Core is a plus. Experience developing applications using general purpose languages such as C#, Java or Python. Interest and ability to learn other coding/scription languages as needed. Familiar with one or more general purpose engineering methodologies including but not limited to: Waterfall, SCRUM or XP.
