The likely salary range for this position is $139,984 - $169,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

HOW A CYBER TECHNICAL ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Performs assessments of systems and networks within the network environment or enclave to identify vulnerabilities
- Support targeting and cyber operational management
- Have familiarity with mobile and router operations and targeting, and a basic understanding of network operations
- Use tools to review and identify opportunities for cyber and technical operations
- Keep management and team members aware of the outcomes of any meetings and operational progress
- Contribute to the team working as a cohesive unit addressing taskings, deconflictions, requirements, briefings, etc.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining contacts with appropriate Sponsor and other USG organizations to support and share leads, and coordinate effectively with other team members
- Demonstrated experience with technical targeting, such as using IP addresses, MAC addresses, and other computer identifiers
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of operational environments, operational tradecraft, security and counterintelligence
- Demonstrated experience assimilating and evaluating large amounts of data drawn from a variety of sources
- Demonstrated experience using the Internet in an operational environment
- Demonstrated experience and the ability to utilize an array of targeting tools and databases, targeting methodologies, and data analysis
- Demonstrated experience with analytic, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively complex ideas, research, and results to audiences with varied technical and operational backgrounds
- Demonstrated experience working in dynamic teams composed of members with various skillsets and take a team-based approach to solving complex problems
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience using foreign language skills (spoken, written, or reading) specifically Spanish
- Demonstrated experience working counterterrorism or counternarcotics missions
- Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular and computer networks
- Demonstrated experience with cyber operations

- Bachelor of Science or better in Computer Science with a minimum of 8+ years as a Technical Targeter
- Hard Target Language
