What You'll Do
- Be a vital part of commissioning projects from start to finish, working closely with senior leads and cross-functional teams.
- Test, troubleshoot, and fine-tune high-performance systems in real-world scenarios.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, architects, and facility owners to deliver exceptional results.
- Travel up to 75% of the time-because mission critical work happens where it's needed most.

Who We're Looking For
You're a problem-solver with a passion for precision, a strong technical foundation, and a drive to see projects through to successful completion. You bring:
- Deep knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- The ability to read complex electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and mechanical plans.
- Expertise in either:
- Electrical systems (UPS, ATS, SCADA, substations, generators, etc.)
- OR Mechanical systems (Client/Client, chillers, CRAC/CRAH, cooling towers, etc.)
- Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A degree in engineering or related field-or equivalent real-world experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in commissioning or related technical roles.
- A commissioning certification (or willingness to earn one within two months of hire).
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check.
Bonus Points For:
- Engineering Intern (EI) or PE licensure
- Experience in construction management or related disciplines
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely navigate active work sites.
- Visual and auditory acuity to detect potential hazards.
- Frequent use of hands and full mobility in varied environments.
