Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Analyst/ Senior Consultant to lead and support the financial implementation of Blue Yonder software across 70 U.S. locations. This 100% remote role is a critical position requiring hands-on experience in large-scale ERP and supply chain technology deployments, specifically focused on financial operations and business systems transformation.

As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and implementing business process improvements and system integrations aligned with organizational goals. You will work closely with finance, IT, and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring a seamless rollout of Blue Yonder financial modules across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a business analyst supporting the financial implementation of Blue Yonder software across 70 geographically distributed sites.
  • Perform needs assessments and process mapping to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and system enhancement in financial operations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and gap analyses to inform project direction and solution selection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, document use cases, and develop specifications for financial workflows and reporting.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, implementation teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Lead or support system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data validation activities specific to Blue Yonder financial modules.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including business cases, process flows, training materials, and user guides.
  • Ensure the application of information security standards and compliance with data governance and audit requirements.
  • Provide post-implementation support, issue tracking, and system enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Requirements

Required Experience and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience applying analytical processes to IT projects, with over 3 years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
  • Proven experience with the financial module implementation of Blue Yonder(formerly JDA) or similar applications or similar enterprise software across multi-site operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to support ERP or supply chain software implementations, especially in finance or accounting workflows.
  • Deep understanding of structured analysis methods, process reengineering, and systems integration.
  • Proficiency in documenting business and technical requirements, designing functional specs, and supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities.
  • Experience with cost analysis, performance testing, and post-go-live support within complex business environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Blue Yonder's Financial Planning, Demand Planning, or Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules.
  • Familiarity with change management, training development, and stakeholder engagement for enterprise rollouts.
  • Knowledge of compliance and information security frameworks relevant to financial systems.
