Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of automotive Internet salespeople, ensuring their hiring, training, and development
- Follow up with new, potential customers to provide excellent customer service
- Proactively reach out to potential customers, resulting in generating more appointments and quotes
- Assign new customers to the appropriate Sales team member
- Communicate with customers professionally and effectively
- Direct customers to valuable product information resources, including online platforms
- Expand prospecting network by actively seeking new leads
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up with all internet leads
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team towards exceeding company sales expectations and market penetration
- Perform follow-up on existing sales and service customers to build owner loyalty
- Provide comprehensive training and support to the sales staff, contributing to successful deal closures
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service Experience or Call Center is an added plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask are required
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
