The Commercial Operations Manager oversees daily operations within the Business Services Department, including underwriting, processing, loan administration, servicing, treasury management, and reporting. This role leads a team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely service, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, manage, and support all commercial lending initiatives.
- Oversee commercial loan administration to ensure timely, accurate, compliant, and cost-effective loan closings.
- Manage and oversee business services reporting functions.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage the performance of the Business Operations team to build and retain a motivated, professional workforce.
- Manage the credit union's treasury management program to help members manage cash flow, optimize liquidity, and streamline financial operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for commercial lending policies, procedures, and systems.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that support the growth and profitability of the business services portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct commercial lending experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a commercial lending management role preferred.
- Preferred experience with Fiserv DNA, Abrigo/Sageworks, and Finastra's LaserPro.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and database applications; ability to quickly learn new software
Schedule
- Typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wage & Hour Details
- Full-time
- Exempt
- Starting pay range: $78,000 - $95,000, pay commensurate with experience
