A well-respected and expanding legal team is seeking a Senior Attorney with over 10 years of employment law experience. This position is ideal for a legal professional with a strong foundation in defense litigation, particularly involving public entities and school districts.Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a deeply rooted and exclusive background in employment litigation with an emphasis on defense. A proven track record working with school districts is required, and trial experience is strongly preferred (though not mandatory).

Candidates should possess excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, and be prepared to manage complex caseloads with independence and precision. A collaborative mindset and the ability to handle sensitive matters effectively are essential.Job Competencies:
  • Minimum 10+ years of employment law experience
  • School district defense experience required
  • Trial experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with public entity defense is a plus
  • Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees
  • Active member of the California State Bar
  • Strong analytical, research, and negotiating abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven commitment to proactive and strategic case management
