Job Title: Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis

Reports To: Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

FLSA Code: Exempt

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Job Summary:

The Senior Associate, FP&A will provide business support to the Global Distribution teams and assist with all reporting and value-add analysis supporting these departments. The role will also support various firm wide reporting and ad hoc analysis, including peer and competitor analysis, earnings support, and Investor Relations support. Major Responsibilities/Activities:
  • Provide insightful reporting and financial analysis on the firm's sales organization, including monthly, biweekly, and quarterly reporting
  • Interact with senior leaders in the firm's sales departments to report on all assets, flows, and sales related activities
  • Partner with CRM team to enhance dashboards to assist sales leaders using Power BI reporting tool
  • Assist with coordination of all Investor Relations activities and analysis
  • Participate in annual budget planning for various teams within the organization and maintain ongoing forecasting - specifically related to expenses
  • Produce regular and ad hoc analysis related to peers or competitors including peer quarterly earnings summaries for senior management
  • Provide insightful investment performance reporting
  • Assist with firmwide deliverables and reporting including Daily AUM reporting, earnings support and materials, assistance with corporate investor relations activities

Minimum Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of total experience in financial services industry (asset management industry experience a plus)
  • Big 4 Public accounting experience a plus
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
