THE ROLE
Legends Global Merchandise is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Director, Brand and Revenue Development to join our team. The Senior Director, Brand and Revenue Development role is a leadership role responsible for strategizing and executing key initiatives that support brand and revenue growth for the branded solutions/branded merchandise area of LGM.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Director, Brand and Revenue Development will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, the following:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Salary Range: $130,00-$135,000 + bonus opportunities

THE ROLE
Legends Global Merchandise is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Director, Brand and Revenue Development to join our team. The Senior Director, Brand and Revenue Development role is a leadership role responsible for strategizing and executing key initiatives that support brand and revenue growth for the branded solutions/branded merchandise area of LGM.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Director, Brand and Revenue Development will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, the following:
- Creating, maintaining, and evolving key business, sales, and marketing collaterals for LGM Buffalo.
- Creating and leading the strategy for all corporate partnerships/sponsorships that LGM invests in with a strong focus on realized ROI for our business.
- Collaborating with LGM's leadership and sales team to create and actively maintain valuable go-to-market strategy and tactics that drive revenue growth directly in line with the annual goals for the business.
- Constant research and understanding of industry trends that can be leveraged by LGM's sales and account management team.
- Coordinate internal brainstorming sessions and collaboration to develop innovative ideas and solutions that align with the end customer's goals and objectives.
- Lead all RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, etc. for LGM Buffalo.
- Create and lead a proactive vendor management program for LGM Buffalo- identification, onboarding, and active management.
- Identify and lead customer and prospect engagement strategies with sales, account management, and customer service team.
- Serve as liaison to Legends Corporate for marketing, digital, social media, website, and branding initiatives.
- Develop, lead, and execute a phased branding cutover from ADPRO Sports to Legends Global Merchandise for LGM Buffalo.
- Superior organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to attend Legends events, customer events, or business/networking events to entertain prospects and clients and develop new relationships.
- Maintain excellent communication between the sales team and key departments internally: account management, customer service, production, operations, creative, sourcing, etc.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 4-5+ years of demonstrated leadership and business experience, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry or a corporate industry that is focused on solution selling
- Experience and comfort in developing high-level relationships with internal and external partners
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and demonstrate innovation and initiative
- Strong verbal and presentation skills; able to tell compelling stories and be a persuasive presenter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to initiate and develop personal and professional relationships in the industry
