SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR / DEVELOPER
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Developer for a growing services organization. The Salesforce Administrator / Developer will be responsible for enhancing and managing the company's Salesforce platform to support contract management, user administration, reporting, and business intelligence needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, as well as a passion for improving business processes through automation and data insights. Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs, particularly around contract management workflows and user requirements.
  • Utilize Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce tools to create custom functionalities, applications, and integrations.
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce components including custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Manage Salesforce integration with NetSuite, utilizing Mulesoft.
  • Salesforce to streamline contract lifecycle management, including contract creation, approval workflows, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure contract management processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with internal policies.
  • Administer user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure appropriate access controls and maintain data integrity.
  • Provide support for user onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support decision-making and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.
  • Utilize Salesforce's reporting and analytics tools, including Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM), to provide actionable insights across different business areas.
  • Perform regular system health checks, data cleansing, and updates to ensure Salesforce remains optimized and up to date.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues, proposing and implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously enhance the platform.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce administration and development
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud required
  • Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting tools, Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM), and integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs, Data Loader, MuleSoft) nice to have
  • Experience with contract management processes and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of user management, security settings, and permission models in Salesforce.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite's SuiteScript.
