DETAILS:
Perform post-implementation SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) related support activities. Continually strive to enhance or improve SAP SD related business systems processes that drive efficiency through use of best practices. Ensure that product upgrades, enhancements, and future roll out projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end user requirements. Maintains a thorough understanding of client's business functions and combines that knowledge with the ability to easily facilitate change, in order to ensure all aspects of SAP flow properly. Develops use cases, test plans, test scripts and test cases. Executes test plans and test scripts / cases to ensure system changes are aligned with business requirements. Exhibits the ability to also understand ABAP and interface related issues which effect to the business processes (user exits). May perform user training in SAP SD/PP related area. Through a wide range of business knowledge is able to serve as a key resource to coordinate and resolve SAP issues, by thoroughly understanding the integration associated with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA Sales functionality. Provides knowledge transfer and support to other HAEA staffs. Periodic status report to HAEA management and user groups. Communicate with users for daily maintenance issues and projects. Lead small/medium scale projects in SCM area, focusing on SD. On-Call Duty in SD related support area.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or closely related field (or foreign equivalent) plus Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or closely related occupation
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time." Required expertise/knowledge includes: Manufacturing process including Make to Order/Make to Stock processes with SAP PP and SD; SAP SD configuration including Org. Structure, Master Data, Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Reports and defining SD related Output message type definition and set-up; Experience with Order to Cash processes, pricing procedure configuration, production support, and process experience; Understanding of SAP SCM (PP/MM/IM/FI/CO) process integration with SD; SAP experience with EDI/IDOC/EAI Interfaces; SAP Experience in Repetitive and Discrete Manufacturing environment; SAP experience in automotive industry; SAP ABAP intermediate level, LSMW, Batch Jobs; SAP Production Backflush knowledge (Discrete Industry Backflush).
