Pay: $119,000 - $205,850
The Global Skin Health and Beauty Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for leading financial analysis for Global Skin Health and Beauty business with NTS of $4.2B annually. The Skin Health and Beauty business represents brands including Neutrogena, Aveeno, OGX and DCL. The position is located in Summit, NJ.
What you will do
This position will partner with Global Skin Health and Beauty segment lead and cross functional team including strategy, marketing and supply chain, and provide strategic and financial leadership in shaping and achieving financial goals for the Skin Health and Beauty brands globally including leading 3YOP and distorting resources towards areas of future growth. In addition, the role is responsible for leading and shaping innovation and business development initiatives through influencing cross functional resource allocation decisions to successfully deliver growth of the Skin Health and Beauty business. The position has 2 direct reports including 1 manager and 1 senior financial analyst. The role reports to the Sr. Director, Global Growth and Strategy.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership for Skin Health and Beauty segment.
Partner with SH&B segment lead and cross functional team to shape the strategic growth agenda and deliver profitable growth for key priority markets.
Partner with portfolio management team and commercial team to shape innovation agenda and prioritize resources behind largest big bets.
Lead 3YOP for SH&B segment with the focus on identifying growth opportunities and shifting resources to maximize growth.
Financial analysis for multiregional projects.
Lead business case analysis for multi-regional big bets (projects stream 1, 2 and 3), ensure adherence to hurdle rates, work with the team to deliver the full potential of projects.
Financial Planning and Reporting
Oversee R&D and BME budgets for EH segment, ensure controls are in plan.
People and Leadership Excellence
Manage and mentor a global, cross-functional team, providing active coaching and support to foster professional development and achieve team goals
Build and sustain a culture of collaboration and innovation while ensuring effective communication and alignment across regions
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree required.
Minimum of 8 years of Finance/Accounting work experience required.
Excellent analytical skills, superior communication, business partnering, problem solving, and prioritization skills required.
Ability to succeed in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and across all levels of the organization needed.
High potential, high performing individual needed that has proven track record of delivering results and successfully influencing business partners.
Strong people development skills required as individual is expected to be key driver of Finance organizational initiatives across the global FP&A team.
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years at the Finance Management level preferred.
Self-motivated individual with demonstrated leadership, ability to work with senior management, people management and development skills preferred.
CPA, CMA, MBA preferred.

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
