Senior Siebel Software Developer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
• This includes developing detailed programming specifications writing and/or generating code compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
• Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Siebel Development Skills - 40%:

• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration.
• 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc.
• 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.
• Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
• Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
• Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
• Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
• Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
• Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application).

Report Development Skills - 35%:

• Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
• Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files.

Soft Skills - 20%:

• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• bility to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to participate in a large teams and work closely with other individual team members.

• Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive time lines, and be adaptive to change.

Public Sector Experience - 5%:

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset.
• Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
