ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the product development process by analyzing required specifications, developing (part of) products, testing and developing of documentation.

Support others by carrying out a range of product development and engineering activities, such as analyzing client situations or interpreting data.

Perform a broad range of tests requiring detailed assessment, measurement, and judgement.

Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.

Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standards sources and inputting it into standard formats.

Draft and maintain basic technical and/or user documentation to a high standard and create backup files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.

Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.

Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.

Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Use the internal communications system to access specific information.

Contribute to the development of, and implement feasibility testing of, proposed engineering solutions to provide feedback and data to validate the design.

Create engineering drawings to support the communication, evaluation, and implementation of engineering solutions.

Support others by carrying out simple research tasks. Involves following established research procedures.

Conduct routine tasks in technical troubleshooting, which include basic diagnostic and simple problem-solving tasks related to equipment and experiments.

Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.

Carry out simple tasks related to prototype development under the direction of senior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.

Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years).

COMPENSATION

The starting salary range for this position is $66,482.67-99,724.01 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
