Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapy

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Experience: Prior acute care clinical rotation experience; travel experience highly preferred

License: License in-hand required upon submission

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Must-Have: COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical/religious exemptions only

Job Description:
- Start date strongly preferred within the next 4-5 weeks
- First-time travelers considered with prior acute care clinical rotation experience
- Comfortable working with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Experience with EPIC EMR required
- Orientation includes 16 non-billable hours
- Compliance deadlines strictly enforced, with documentation required by specified due dates
