Put your operational experience and technical knowledge to work in a civilian role with Noblis MSD, supporting the Navy from the shore side. Noblis MSD's mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

Who We're Looking For:
Navy-trained individuals-especially those with submarine and nuclear backgrounds-who have experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex systems. If you've served on a sub, worked in an engine room, or managed shipboard quality programs, we want to talk to you.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- Graduated from Navy Nuclear Power School, A School, and/or Prototype
- Experience working on submarine systems, propulsion plants, or auxiliary machinery
- Experience supporting testing and troubleshooting of submarine systems (in the lab and onboard)
- Familiarity with propulsion plants, auxiliary systems, and control systems
- Strong familiarity with technical manuals, schematics, and Navy procedures
- An eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality

Required Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in nuclear propulsion, submarine systems, and/or shipboard operations
- US Citizen with a DoD Secret is desired; the ability to get a Secret Clearance is required
Junior-Level
- Bachelor's degree and 0 - 3 years of experience or a HS Diploma and at least 6 years relevant experience
- Background in US Navy Nuclear Submarine Systems
- Compensation: $63,600 - $99,450
Mid-Level
- Bachelor's degree in and 3 to 5 years of experience or a HS Diploma and at least 9 years relevant experience
- Midi-level background in US Navy Nuclear Submarine Systems
- Compensation: $77,000 - $120,075
Senior-Level
- Bachelor's degree in and 5+ years of experience or a HS Diploma and at least 11 years relevant experience
- Senior experience in US Navy Nuclear Submarine Systems
- Compensation: $93,200 - $145,550
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot challenging technical issues
