For this Product Manager, High Jewelry role, we are looking for the ideal candidate who have a bachelor's degree, with an MBA being a plus, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and merchandising within a high jewelry or luxury retail setting. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a multi-layer's team and have strong leadership and organizational skills. GIA accreditation is preferred, and fluency in French would be a plus. This role demands a proven ability to set clear objectives, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt swiftly to shifting priorities. We seek a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of drawing insights from results, and someone who demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills- oral, written, and presentation, with confidence in public speaking. This candidate should be able to build compelling cases and effectively convey the specificities of the American market. We are looking for someone who is creative, solutions- oriented, with original thinking and strong problem-solving abilities, and who remains calm under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be passionate, proactive, flexible, and innovative, with a deep appreciation for luxury, art, design and culture, and curious and culturally attuned, with the ability to partner effectively with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge is a plus. Flexibility to travel as needed.

What are we expecting from you?

As the Product Marketing Manager for High Jewelry (HJ), you will be responsible for orchestrating the Maison's product strategy in the Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico and Brazil), in close alignment with the global vision for High Jewelry.

In this role, you will serve as a key product expert for the region, guiding product launches and regional activations in close collaboration with Retail, High Jewelry Development, Supply Chain, and Communications teams. Leveraging your understanding of market dynamics and sales performance, you will support sales target setting, performance monitoring, and strategic planning. Your insights will also play a vital role in informing global teams and shaping future initiatives.

You will inspire and develop a team of product experts. Applying a customer-centric approach, you will oversee daily execution of the long-term vision to build product expertise is balanced with daily and opportunistic boutique network support.

This role will report to the Senior Manager, HJ Marketing and will be based in New York City.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Implement Marketing strategy for High Jewelry collections in line with global and local business directions
  • Collaborate with the International Marketing team on all Marketing aspects and business topics - align with global launch calendar and animation strategy and provide feedback on local adjustment and specificities
  • Orchestrate 360 product strategy adapted to local context in collaboration with regional departments (Retail, HJ Development, CRM, Communications, CRM, Supply Chain) to reach business objectives.
  • Plan international and local launch activations, support events and animations with product selection and training, ensure balance and adequate support to each product category
  • Lead and inspire a team of product segment experts in their roles in hosting training, supporting sales and further their contributions to the business (2 Assistant Managers, Sales)
  • Provide sales, market and trend analysis to help direct and develop local strategies
  • Partner with Retail and Supply chain to maintain budget and LE projections, including maintaining and aligning SNR, depositing and invoicing plans with annual forecast.
  • Ensure daily business needs and special events are supported with product information (Picus, Intranet, Price Lists, Event Booklets, Product expertise trainings) and client facing tools

Expected Salary Range- $110k - $120k/yearly

This role is eligible for a yearly bonus.
