Create and execute a Private Banking credit strategy that encompasses both commercial and consumer transactions. In addition, this position will manage a team of Lenders who are responsible for underwriting new transactions and the subsequent portfolio management of the loan book of business.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a credit strategy for The Private Bank working closely with the LOB head to drive loan growth.
  • Strategy should include driving loan growth in both the commercial and consumer lending verticals.
  • Manage a team of Lenders to drive efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of underwriting.
  • Work closely with LOB head and sales team to be aligned with go to market strategy as it relates to risk management and loan growth.
  • Responsible for adhering to risk management policies and procedures while driving LOB to loan growth.
  • Work closely with credit risk decision makers to increase volume while following PB credit policy and adhering to all risk management guidelines


Education, Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • At least 10 - 15 years of experience in related field with management experience.
  • Superb analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to interact with executive level personnel, both internally and externally
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment.


The estimated salary range for this position is $230,000 USD to $270,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
