Responsibilities

Summary
This position directs and coordinates Company-wide investigations and is responsible for the direct management of OPR Directors and staff.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Pro-actively identifies areas for process improvement. Initiates and leads business process strategy.
Serves as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that investigative reports are formatted, grammatically correct, and investigative approach is sound.
Provides second-level reviews for select investigative cases.
Analyzes and edits investigative reports of findings; briefs executive staff on the statistical data.
Oversees the administration of the OPR database system designed to capture and retain staff misconduct and case information to identify patterns of misconduct, fraud, or mismanagement.
Assists in developing and providing new reports of investigatory data for senior management.
Provides supervision of Investigative Directors, Senior OPR Specialist, and OPR Technician.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related discipline. A graduate degree in a legal field or specific investigative training is preferred.
Ten (10) years' experience in criminal justice, law or law office management. Ten (10) years' experience in a related field may be substituted.
Superior writing and editing skills with the ability to expedite finalization of written reports and as required, executive briefings. Experience with legal research preferred.
Extensive knowledge of investigative procedures, employee rights and responsibilities, handling of evidence, questioning strategies, legal considerations and ethics.
Superior communication skills with the ability to articulate investigative findings properly in written reports and executive briefings.
Strong leadership skills with experience involving the management of professional staff.
Experience with MS Office and Google software suite.
Ability to travel.
