Position Summary
The Manager, Commercial Compliance COE will be a key member of the Compliance Monitoring team and will lead the execution of assigned compliance monitoring activities in the commercial line of business. This role serves as a subject matter expert and is responsible for administrative planning and execution of complex and/or concurrent monitoring activities to evaluate compliance in multiple business areas. Additionally, this role provides day-to-day project management including results reporting and issue follow-up.

• Strong analytical, deductive, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Solid meeting management and oral/written communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years prior experience in a relevant field such as compliance, quality assurance, audit, or government healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience (2+ years) in the commercial insurance business processes
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, develop monitoring activities, document testing, and communicate results.
• Strong ability to solve complex problems with a collaborative and optimistic attitude.

Education

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of related experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
