SolutionDelivery

  • Gathers,analyzes, and documents business requirements to support the design anddevelopment of technology and/or process solutions
  • Facilitatesuser story creation and backlog grooming in an agile deliveryenvironment
  • Proactivelyidentifies and effectively assesses improvement opportunities
  • Collaborateswith product managers and engineering to define requirements, KPIs, OKRs anduser experience
  • Createsdiagrams, system and end-user documentation to support new systemimplementation, deployment, and incident management efforts
  • Supportsproject initiation efforts by assisting in the definition of project scope andthe identification/selection of targeted solution(s); assists projectmanagement in the development of work plans, effort estimates, and deliverytimelines
  • Participatesin solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing testenvironments, coordinating test execution, and validating test results
  • Performsapplication configuration in support of solution deliveryinitiatives
  • Performstesting from device certification to OS and browser updates

ProductionSupport

  • Demonstratessystem proficiency and leverages subject matter expertise in analyzing an dtroubleshooting system issues to determine root cause
  • Coordinatesissue resolution efforts with vendors and/or cross-functional teams. Provides timely and thorough communication regarding issue status/resolutionwith end-users and other key stakeholders
  • Drivesoperational excellence by creating and maintaining systems documentation (e.g.,Wiki, Knowledge Base Articles).

Salary Range - $58,600-$125,000 a year
