Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Specialist to join our dynamic and patient-focused orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including fractures, sports injuries, arthritis, deformities, and complex reconstructive procedures. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals in a collaborative and cutting-edge medical environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with foot and ankle disorders, injuries, and degenerative conditions.
  • Perform both surgical and non-surgical treatments, including minimally invasive procedures and complex reconstructions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, pain management specialists, and primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Utilize the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery, rehabilitation, and regenerative medicine to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in research, training, and continuous medical education to stay current with the latest techniques and innovations in foot and ankle orthopedics.
  • Provide patient education regarding prevention, treatment options, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to community outreach programs, patient seminars, and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Orthopedics.
  • Strong surgical expertise in treating a broad spectrum of foot and ankle conditions, including trauma, deformities, and sports injuries.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • A patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state (or eligibility to obtain one).
