Fasken is seeking a motivated Associate/Counsel to join its Emerging Technology Group in Toronto focusing on commercial technology matters.
Our ideal candidate will have between 5 and 7 years of demonstrated experience in commercial technology with a focus on emerging companies. The candidate must have extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, such as SaaS agreements, reseller agreements, technology licensing and transfer agreements, and strategic partnership agreements. The ideal candidate would also have experience with privacy regulation, ecommerce, cybersecurity, data governance and/or intellectual property strategy.
