We're looking to hire a hands-on Inside Sales Manager to lead our inbound sales team. This is a player/coach role reporting directly to the VP of Operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and knows how to drive results. You'll be responsible for coaching reps, optimizing performance, and hiring/training new team members-all while improving conversion rates and growing client acquisitions.

You'll be responsible for coaching reps, optimizing performance, and hiring/training new team members-all while improving conversion rates and growing client acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach & Lead: Manage the day-to-day performance of inbound and outbound reps. Conduct weekly 1:1s, training, and performance reviews.
- Refine Sales Processes: Deepen team understanding of payment processing, underwriting, risk management, and HubSpot CRM operations.
- Pipeline Oversight: Lead weekly pipeline reviews, improve deal management, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Drive Accountability: Monitor KPIs, perform call audits, provide feedback, and optimize rep performance.
- Manage Lead Flow: Oversee inbound lead distribution and round-robin processes.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting hygiene within HubSpot.
- Report & Analyze: Create actionable dashboards and track team performance to identify growth areas.
- Contribute Beyond Sales: Collaborate cross-functionally and support additional strategic initiatives as needed.
Support and Activities:
- Engage in active learning through training and mentoring to improve personal effectiveness, ongoing self-development as well as that of the NCS team and the company.
- Participate in delivering training and providing constructive input to peers.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of sales, the NCS group, and the company, including providing feedback on SOPs and supporting initiatives to improve closure rates.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5+ years in sales leadership, preferably within payments, fintech, or merchant services.
- Sales Expertise: Strong background in closing, account management, and sales strategy.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and grow successful sales teams.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with HubSpot (or Salesforce) and lead management best practices.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and reasoning skills with an ability to work cross-functionally.
- Organization: Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and coach teams to exceed targets.
- Tech Savvy: Comfort with sales tools, Google Workspace, and basic internet technologies.
- Mindset: Energetic, adaptable, and thrives under pressure in a goal-oriented environment.
- Location: Must be able to work full-time from our Austin headquarters.
