Description:

We are looking for a GWAC Management Specialist to assist Seventh Sense Consulting in our efforts to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) at a site in Rockville, MD. This position is part of a highly motivated team that provides critical support to three Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) for the NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC).

Hiring Timeframe: Immediate

Work Location: This position is onsite 5 days/week in Rockville, MD. Seventh Sense will support your commute by contributing over $1,500 annually to your Transportation FSA.

What You'll Do:
  • Become a subject matter expert on the NITAAC GWACs: CIO SP3/Small Business and CIO CS in order to perform scope reviews for customers to ensure the requirements are within scope of the GWACs and identify the relevant task areas. Conduct the review using the checklist in the electronic government order systems (e-GOS).
  • Review RFI packages entered into e-GOS by government customers for accuracy and completeness before releasing them in the system for NITAAC contract holders to respond.
  • Review solicitation packages entered into e-GOS by government customers for accuracy and completeness before releasing to NITAAC COs for review and approval.
  • Upload task orders made outside of e-GOS.
  • Support NITAAC helpdesk requests from government customers related to the GWAC Management Specialist role.


Must Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees
  • 6 to 10 years of acquisition experience required.
  • Knowledge of the FAR


Salary Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $107,000.00 per year. This range reflects factors such as geographic location, skills, experience, training, certifications, contract-specific affordability, and organizational needs.
