The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling software solutions to existing customers, with a strong ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that highlight the value of our AI-powered products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets within our existing customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions
- Conduct consultative sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our suite of products, including our new AI-powered solutions, and their benefits to existing customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts, leveraging customer insights, industry trends, and market analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including customer success teams, sales engineers, and product specialists, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Develop and deliver customized sales proposals, pricing strategies, and solutions to meet existing customers' evolving needs
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to senior management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Proven track record of success in selling software solutions to existing customers, with a strong ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent consultative sales skills, with the ability to build rapport, trust, and strong relationships with existing customers
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of industry trends, market analysis, and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
