Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. You must be comfortable making calls, working with existing customers and partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels, including email and lead campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.
Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them on product features and benefits, and guide them through the sales process to convert leads into customers.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize leads effectively, maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress through the sales pipeline using SalesForce software.
Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets by converting qualified leads into sales opportunities and closing deals.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and fostering long-term partnerships to drive repeat business and referrals.
What you can expect
Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role in an IT or Security-related company.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English, additional fluency in languages such as French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of relevant sales software, CRM systems, and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage a high volume of leads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with a positive attitude, maintaining motivation and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

- Compensation for this position will be tailored based on qualifications and experience. Candidates offered the position can expect a starting base salary of $70000 - $100000, Commission 10%, $140000 - $200000 additional pay per year. This position does notsupport visa sponsorship.
