The team you will be a part of

The Project Management team manages all aspects of a large scale and complex project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Spearhead all aspects of financial management including burn reporting and tracking, timesheet data evaluation, collaboration with finance and brand on financial reporting and outlook, sophisticated forecast modeling and optimization, proactive monthly outlook conversations, partnership with production on financial forecasts, and ownership of the annual Statement of Work process for brands.
  • Proactively manage resource needs across creative, project management, and production on a weekly basis by evaluating capacity to drive organizational efficiency based on workflow demands.
  • Maintain a robust freelance pipeline while strategically aligning needs with the contractor budget.
  • Champion the optimization of end-to-end project processes, from initial briefing and intake through seamless execution, in close collaboration with production while critically evaluating and enhancing the tools utilized throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor three direct reports (including filling a current open role), strategically shaping team responsibilities based on evolving workflows and individual skillsets to maximize performance and foster professional development.
  • Manage the Learning and Development budget and processes.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of award submissions (including budget).
  • Develop and refine comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes and materials for the WoW team.


Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years experience in agency or in-house agency operations related role
  • Project management experience
  • Management experience


Preferred skills and experiences

  • Project management certification
  • Strong financial acumen


Compensation: $88,800 - $177,600 + Annual Bonus
